Mosquitoes with
West Nile Virus were confirmed September 10 in a surveillance trap set by
CMMCP.
CMMCP catch
basin maps confirmed that the catch basins in the area have been treated. Spraying
has been performed in the affected area after consultation with the Board of
Health. See the map below of the sprayed areas on 10-Sep-09.
Additional
surveillance traps have been set in the area to gauge population densities
and for additional virus testing if possible.
