Standard Larval Control Program

Larval control in area wetlands will begin April 8. Wetlands that are cataloged in our system are checked on a periodic basis and treated with EPA approved products if the presence of sufficient numbers of mosquito larvae are detected (1+ larvae per 5 dips). This work is performed from March into October as necessary.
